Only what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, email address, project type and the message you write.

I do not collect special categories of data and I do not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies.

Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare and send you a quote.

Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and legitimate interest in responding to communications addressed to me (GDPR art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f).

I do not use your data to send unsolicited marketing.

Formspree — contact form processing and email delivery.

Calendly — scheduling, if you book a call.

Vercel — website hosting.

All three act as data processors and adhere to the applicable EU–U.S. data transfer frameworks.

I do not share your data with any other third party unless legally required to.

Up to 12 months from our last contact, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to alejandropb.jobmail@gmail.com. Just tell me which right you want to exercise.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The site is served entirely over HTTPS and form data travels encrypted. I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access.
